E ME stands for Exceptional Member Experience. The ME is underlined to remind each employee that they personally are responsible for ensuring that experience. That they are a part of larger whole that ensures that the members experience from the moment that they step out of their car, until the moment that they sit back in it to drive away, is exceptional.
