1. Fettuccini - (literally "little ribbons" in Italian) is a type of pasta. It is a flat thick noodle made of egg and flour. Spinach fettuccine are made from spinach, flour, and eggs.
3. English Peas - a common garden pea, also called green pea
4. Lemon Zest - Zest, also known as citrus peel, is a food ingredient that is prepared by scraping or cutting from the outer, colorful skin of citrus fruits such as lemon, orange, citron, and lime. Zest is used to add flavor to foods.
5. EVOO - All olive oils that are less than 1% acidity and produced by the first pressing of the olive fruit through the cold pressing process is called extra-virgin olive oil.
